Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the HVAC Pueblo CO website (hvacpueblo.co), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Use of Website

HVAC Service Terms

When you engage HVAC Pueblo CO for heating, cooling, or related services, the following terms apply:

  • Estimates: All service estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection and may change if hidden issues are discovered.
  • Pricing: We use flat-rate pricing. The price quoted before work begins is the price you pay, unless additional issues are discovered and approved by you in advance.
  • Warranty: All repairs carry a 1-year parts and labor warranty. New equipment installations carry manufacturer warranties plus our own 2-year labor warranty.
  • Scheduling: We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time window. Emergency services are prioritized and dispatched on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Payment: Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Emergency Services

Our 24/7 emergency HVAC service is available throughout Pueblo County. Emergency service rates may differ from standard service rates. An emergency service fee may apply for after-hours, weekend, or holiday calls. This fee will be communicated before dispatch.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a trip charge if a technician has already been dispatched to your location.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of HVAC Pueblo CO or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of HVAC Pueblo CO.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HVAC Pueblo CO or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the HVAC Pueblo CO website, even if HVAC Pueblo CO or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pueblo County, Colorado.

Modifications

HVAC Pueblo CO may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Service.
